Digitalization of the economy has not yet arrived in business negotiations
In addition to traditional face-to-face negotiations, the business world is using more and more versatile media in negotiations - but electronic support systems tend to be viewed with scepticism; this is the result of a survey conducted by the Universities of Hohenheim and Potsdam under the umbrella of the Negotiation Academy Potsdam. It can also be observed that the importance of systematic negotiation management now seems to have arrived at the management level. Nevertheless, negotiators would like to see this topic become even more important in their companies.
