On November 13, 2019, Hans-Peter Langer, General Representative Group Executive Vice President Human Resources of SCHOTT AG, founded the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Verhandlungsforschung e. V. (German Association for Negotiation Research) together with Prof. Dr. Markus Voeth and reported in this context on the increasing importance of the topic of negotiation management for negotiators and companies.
